Shipping policy

Every Momenté piece is made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days from order to delivery (including production and UK shipping). Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and will always be shown clearly before you complete your order. While we always aim to meet our estimated timelines, made-to-order production can occasionally mean things take a little longer than expected. If anything changes with your order, we'll reach out and keep you updated. If your piece arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
